These draft product terms describe the intended use of Global Business Hunter (GBH), a Venture Tech Co. service. They should be reviewed before production launch.

Purpose

GBH is a business-research and outreach tool. Search results, opportunity scores, "Why this lead" explanations and buying signals are research aids based on available information. They are not guarantees that an organisation is buying, tendering or interested in a user's offer.

Free access

Public visitors may use the available business search subject to rate limits. Eligible registered free users may reveal up to three successful contacts per day during a seven-day GBH trial. Unused daily reveals do not accumulate. GBH may restrict repeated trials associated with the same device, browser or network where this is reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

Paid access

Paid plans may include credit-based contact reveals, AI-assisted drafting, connected mailboxes and campaign sending. Plan limits, prices and included usage are shown in the product and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use GBH to scrape or extract data at scale outside the provided product controls, bypass quotas or account limits, create repeated accounts to obtain additional free usage, send unlawful or deceptive messages, impersonate others, distribute malware, or infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

Outreach responsibility

You are responsible for the recipients you contact, the accuracy of your message, your legal basis for processing personal data and any marketing or privacy obligations that apply to your organisation. GBH's permission and suppression tools assist workflow management but do not replace legal advice.

AI-generated drafts

AI-generated content is a draft. You must review names, facts, claims, offers and recipients before sending.

Availability and third-party services

GBH depends on third-party infrastructure and data providers. Search coverage, contact availability, email delivery, AI output and external service availability can vary. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance or provider reasons.
